Can’t sleep or woohoo

I loaded up a save file and couldn’t sleep in beds, just could nap. Tents were fine for sleeping. I thought that since it could be just the update messing with an older save, I tried to make a new one. Only for that to also have the same issue. I also can’t woohoo or try for baby as I have the options and the sims will start but instantly just stop talking  after and not do a thing. It is driving me crazy as the woohoo and sleep thing isn’t just for beds and tents. It goes for any options. I don’t have cc in my game or anything either.

    So sorry but I fixed it. I deleted EA and Sims 4 and redownloaded them over night. So my issue is fixed. I’m guessing it was some weird thing around ea? But I got it to work so I’m all good now.

    Currently my adult sims only have the option to nap in a bad. The sleep option does not appre. This is starting to effect the game as they never get enough rest and also can no try for baby correctly as they cant 'sleep' after. Been having this problem for several weeks now. I try delting the bed and putting a new one but that does not help at all.

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • Are you using the same save on your mac and your pc or are these different saves/sims that are affected ?

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ? Please always choose the proper thread tag for that.
    • Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
    • Did you test a different couple when you tried a new save or the same one ?
    • Does just the Sim freeze or the time as well ?
    • Could you maybe post a video of what you are seeing ?

    Hi, apologies for late reply. But as I had said, there is no mods and it is different saves. I only use pc. Different saves and sims however. Even when I happen to uninstall and reinstall, it still is unavailable and I’ve come to realize even when a sim automatically tries to sleep from lack of energy, it will also just as quick as it comes up, automatically cancel.

    Going to merge your threads than as I'm guessing they're the same issue.

    Could you share a video or picture of the room ?

    I take it you don't get any exceptions ?
