I've only noticed this since the latest patch (layering/infant autonomy). Sims eye colours keep switching in CAS. This is happening when I am clicking between Sims, aging down and using occults. ...
Ideas
Currently, I can only make it happen with an alien infant that I aged down from YA. Her alien version keeps resetting to the alien eyes when I click around with other Sims for a bit.
I'm going to keep an eye on it. Hopefully, I can get it on camera at some point.
There is still a known issue for Cupid Corner Sims
