CAS catalogue won’t scroll down

PS5 user here! and some do still work! but mostly for example if i try to click on hair—show all—then nothing. it’s stuck at the top and i cant click down or sideways or anything!!

i literally can’t create or edit any sims so it’s making it very hard to play!!
