CAS is mixing up clothing items through out every outfit

CAS will put a helmet on my sims other athletic outfit. Sim will "change" into sleep wear and wear athletic outfit to bed. I have tried deleting all outfits, deleting cache, deleting lastexceptions, ...

Hi lneighbours​ 

does the game create any lastExceptions when you try to change to sleep wear and the wear the wrong one ?

Is it just this particular Sim you're having issues with ?
