CAS Saved 4 times and CC not saved.

I was creating my very first character. I saved the character. Just to make sure, i check my gallery. I found 4 copies of my character with the same name and no difference. When i make another character, it'll just two of the 4 copies. It might happened because of CC but there is no CC being used or founded in Mods file. 
Another problem is whenever i tried to make character with CC then i want to saved it into my gallery, it just wont saved. I must remove the CC i used in order to get saved. However, it just get back to the first problem. 
Is anyone has the same problem? I've been playing TS4 for the last couple year. Last time i played is last year, i deleted the game. I played with CC and have no problem with save issue or else. Problem never occurred.
