Cas/Placing Household

Since the update, whenever I try to play CAS or go on the map & select a household to place, the game just stops loading. I can’t proceed. In CAS, when I’m finished with the sims and I click the check mark, it stops loading. I can’t proceed. I can’t save the sims, I can’t edit them/exit CAS. When I’m on the world map and I go to gallery, select household and place household, on the screen with the check mark it stops loading there as well. I’ve been completely unable to even play the game since it was updated. I’m on ps4, have all the expansions & game packs (except the Star Wars), almost all stuff packs minus like 2 and a few kits. Anyone else having this issue?? (I’ve already restarted the game, created a new save, etc. Nothing Is working)
