[CCSP] [ROM] Repairio spell doesn't increase Jewellery quality to Masterpiece

could you please provide the following info:

I'm not using any mods and CC.

Normal quality jewellery can be boosted to excellent quality by Repario, but if jewellery is already excellent quality, it cannot be boosted to Masterpiece quality because the option for Repario doesn't even show up

that's not a bug, that's just what it does, you can only use repario to increase too excellent.  I've never seen it increase anything to higher than excellent quality.  

beautifulfaeri​ Did you read my report at all, jewellery can reach Masterpiece level when using the Final Touch skill mastery perk from Businesses & Hobbies, repario is supposed to increase quality either by one level or to max (I can't remember which), but it can't increase it higher than excellent for some reason when I can do that with the Skill Mastery Perk
