[CD] [DO] [FR] [GTW] Transferring Business funds not working (Renter)

Can confirm that I am experiencing the same bug. Live in a Residential Rental with NPC landlord, bought a blank lot to turn into a retail business, can't transfer funds. Selling and repurchasing did not fix the problem.

Workaround appears to be that you need to set any Sim as the owner of the lot.

I can confirm I am having the same issue. My sim lives in an apartment and owns a retail store. I cannot transfer funds to or from the business. Currently the default NPC owns the apartment I am living in. 

Edit: I made a sim in world own the apartment. Money now transfers to the business from home properly HOWEVER, transferring from business to home deducts from business but does not add money to home.

I can confirm PurityElements's report here - I am seeing the same thing upon further investigation.

Same here... I still can´t believe there are so many bugs running due to "For Rent" and they just don't fix them...

I’ve been experiencing this for the past 6-9 months, and it’s so frustrating. I am not living in a residential rental but still cannot transfer funds from a household to a retail lot. I think the consensus is that this bug came into play as a result of a rental unit issue, but that is not the case for me, though I own For Rent, I am not in a rental when this bug is occurring and as a result I am not able to play with any retail unit and haven’t been for the better part of a year.
