[CD] Dog taking on colours of sim clothing when expecting puppies

okay this is the weirdest bug I have ever reported. My dog became pregnant with puppies and her texture changed to match the clothing and hair colour of my sim... I have attached pictures to explain.

I changed my sims outfit which reset the dog itself to its usual colours, but her picture in the bottom left is still weird, as is her picture in the social panel. This happened immediately upon the pregnancy notification
