[CD] Harbor Lattice and Chainlink Fence don't properly display

At this point I would like to report two debug objects that are displayed incorrectly.

EP04 Harbor Lattice 01 short The fence is displayed correctly only on one side, if you look from the back the fence is invisible 

EP04 Harbor Chainlink 02 The chain link fence is not displayed at all?

Please correct this error. Thank you very much!

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

    crinrict 
    I have checked the incorrect display by disabling custom content/scripts in the options. The problem still exists.
