[CD] [HR] Cause of Death Button For Elder Pets in CAS Shifted / Not Aligned

For Elder pets, the cause of death button has moved since the feature was released. It is in the same location as it was for human sims, but has now shifted into a location that looks incorrect / out of place for pets. Both images show where the button is now, and where it originally was on launch.
