[CD] [HR] Disappearances of Pets and Horses in Premade Households

On new save start, all of the premade households that are supposed to have pets no longer have pets. Households that are just a pet on its own - including Captain Whitaker and Mayor Whiskers - are missing from the game. I saw this in a completely unmodded save file (I removed my mods folder from my Documents before starting a new save). This impacts both Cats and Dogs and Horse Ranch.

I did also notice a strange issue where some premades had shoes in their sleep and swimwear, but I'm not sure if that's related.
