I saw this yesterday. The Grove family lost their horses and Neighborhood stories had them adopt a foal. A few families still had their pets, but as others have reported, Captain Whitaker and Mayor Whiskers are missing. 

No CC. No mods. Playing on PC. All packs owned, except for some kits.
