Heraina03 I updated my game a few minutes ago and created a new save.
Still no premade pets anywhere ☹️

Same issue on new game after update. Premade sims still do not have their pets, and mayor whiskers and capt. whitaker can be seen in the "other households" but when you open their households, it goes to the generic premade sims, meaning mayor whiskers and capt. whitaker are still missing in the world.
