Brand new save on patch 1.119.109

Pets and horses showed up in thumbnails for a little while, but were not in the households. Eventually they disappeared from thumbnails too. It is definitely not worth getting Horse Ranch or Pets, till this bug is fixed.

Playing on PC. Never any mods. Never any CC. All packs owned, except some kits.
