This issue is still happening.

In every NEW save, premade households in Brindleton Bay and Chestnut Ridge lose all pets and horses.
The animals are missing in Live Mode, household preview, and CAS, but still briefly appear in Manage Households.

Older saves are unaffected and user-created pets/horses work normally.
