I have also been experiencing this issue for months now and cannot figure out how to contact someone. Tried deleting cache, reinstalling fresh, repairing, removing OneDrive before reinstall, just downloading the base game & adding pets later, etc. I own all packs. I have also noticed I had a cat the other day trying to add one to a household to see if that may help and the cat had the option for attraction and other sim only features. My whole game is bugged and unplayable as everything made corrupts when uploaded and my entire goal is to redo the sims and lots. I am lost as to what to do to be able to play my game. Please help.
