[CD] [HR] Disappearances of Pets and Horses in Premade Households

I see the sims 4 released they will be fixing this but I just downloaded cats & dogs on pc and i saw there was a fix last year about this but npc animals (mostl cats but dogs too) are blacked out? I don't use tattoos or anything but i'm confused on if there was a fix last year, what am i suppose to do if the fix didn't fix my game? 

When I make a new family or when I even start the game up on my Xbox when I go to choose what world I want my sun to live in and i don’t see the cats and dogs that the families that already own them it’s more like a glitch I started a new family and it still shows the same thing I restarted my Xbox and uninstalled the cats and dogs expansion pack and reinstalled it and that still didn’t work but it seemed that ever since my Xbox updated it’s been doing that.

I’m having the same issue on my Mac and Xbox. On my Mac it was a fresh save after 3 sim hours I noticed when I went into manage worlds that all premade sim family’s  with pets/horses are gone. So I checked on my xbox which has no mods and the same problem still exists.

Yes, it is in the patch notes for tomorrow. 

We fixed an issue where Pet and Horse data was being lost in Premade Households. This issue will no longer occur in new saves. Existing saves where the issue already occurred will not be retroactively corrected. (Cats & Dogs, Horse Ranch)

Fixed in Patch 1.122.205/2.31

Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues on a new save game.
