I’m also experiencing this bug after the most recent patch 1.116.202.1030.
In my case, several pets that were customized using the paint mode in CAS suddenly appeared completely black in-game, with only their eyes showing. This happened right after updating the game — they looked fine before.
I removed all my mods (I don’t use many), cleared the cache, and even repaired the game, but the issue persisted.
The only temporary solution I found was entering CAS with cas.fulleditmode, switching to paint mode, and manually repainting part of the pet’s coat. That made them visible again.
This bug clearly started with the latest update and affects pets even without mods installed. I hope it gets addressed soon.
