[CD] Spayed Pets Getting Pregnant & Going Into Heat

I've been playing a legacy challenge. I edited my household from manage worlds and I added a german shepard puppy and orange tabby to my household as both spayed. The puppy aged up and I noticed it going into heat, so I took it to the vet to get spayed. Now it's been a while, and my cat is pregnant. They were definitely both spayed. I've never noticed the cat going into heat either.

Update. When going into CAS, cat was in fact marked as fixed in CAS as well, and still gave birth to kittens.

  • Hi SilverGrayce

Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • What platform are you playing ?
    • Did you put them in CAS to neuter with the cheat or did you neuter them when you first created them ? There's an existing bug report for this in the archive: [CD] [CHEAT] CAS-Spayed petd going into heat | EA Forums - 11549661 but that was with the cheat so just making sure.

I edited my household in manage worlds and added both the puppy and the cat. Both of them were set as spayed at this time. I didn't use any cheats. At the time when the puppy aged up and went into heat I had no mods in my game. But when my cat gave birth, I have added some mods. I am not willing to retest it without mods, because I've had the cat in my game for like 3 real life weeks before it gave birth just now, and that's how long I had to play to get this to happen. At least one of these things happened with no mods in my game. I have a PC.

  • There's also some other issues

Maybe it's all CAS-spayed pets and it's the same as the thread above.

You can always test on a backup of your save without mods.
