[CD] Up for Adoption! hover tip doesn't go away unless reload/travel

I adopted two dogs in my sims family, and it’s been a couple of sims days and the title above their name for adoption hasn’t left. The adoption went through, i named them and gave them last names but it won’t go away. I don’t currently have mods on.
