I've just resumed playing one of my saves after installing Adventure Awaits. My sim runs a cat cafe and was taking a new cat to the vet for a neuter. The Event started and progressed far enough that it says "procedure in progress" but the vet isn't taking the cat to the surgery machine. He's either put on the exam table or just left alone. I can't go to Manage Worlds, can't get my sim home, because the game thinks the Event is still ongoing. I'm not sure what to do.
