I have the same issue!!! My Sim went to the vet clinic to neuter their cat, but the surgery never finishes — we’re completely stuck at the vet, and the progress bar is frozen. I tried using “resetSim” on everyone, but it didn’t work. Now I can’t travel, save, or go back to the world because the game keeps saying, “You can’t travel because there’s a social event going on.” I don’t use any mods. How can I end the stuck vet event or get my Sim back home? 😭
