[CD] Vets just showers instead of working (unowned, unplayed)

No mods, no cc and while taking my pet to a vet, not owned by any sim I play with, the assigned vets directly steps in to nearest shower and stays there. I check in the pet but they just keep showering. In the end I'm forced to delete all the showers in the vet clinic to get them to finally pay attention to my sick pet.
