So my current family, adopted a stray dog. When they found him, he was already sick. He wasn't making a mess or anything, but had the visuals to let you know, he was sick. So I went to the vet. I knew it was possible for nobody to show up to help my dog (another bug I know other's have had), so I was just there to stock up on some Wellness Treats, since that's what I normally do anyways. I bought like 12 of them. Then, I had my sim give the sick dog one of the treats, and it seemed like it worked. He got happy, and nor longer had any visual signs that he was sick. Only AFTER taking the treat did the dog start throwing up EVERYWHERE. He would stand in one spot and just continuingly throw up and puddle after puddle would show up (see attachment). I used the reset cheat a few times, left the game and reloaded, left the vet lot, gave the dog more wellness treats. Nothing worked. I had to lock him in a basement room and just wait it out. He wouldn't eat, sleep or go to the bathroom, just throw up. 4 in game days later, and the only thing that worked was using the cheats to remove him from the family, and then re adding him back. It was a wild ride to say the least. When I posted about it in a Sims 4 group I'm part of on Facebook, others were saying that similar issues.
