Certain Items look broken/invisible (Intel Iris XE, DX9)

Seems to have fixed the problem! 
I just have to see if it still effects the painting problem that existed before, but otherwise so far so good. 

Anyone know how to fix this yet?? 😭😭

Update your drivers and switch to DX11

Is anyone else having this issue? Occupied lockers appear invisible like this and the lockers come out of buy mode looking like this:

I encountered this issue recently. I switched to DX11 and the lockers are no longer invisible but i cannot interact with any of the occupied lockers except for my active teen sim at the school.

have you tried repairing the game after switching ?

I have this problem too. My computer is set up with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3520M processor, and using the device manager, it looks like I have a Intel HD graphics 4000. I seem to be running dx12.

DX12 what your card is capable of not the DX version the game is running.

It will tell you the lower left corner of the main menu what you are running.

Also make sure you have the newest drivers.
