I tried to check your Lot.
I downloaded from Gallery in game. I saw the following notification and sliding door is missing.
I tested with using data from the last save date is 2024/December. The data has the door that I said in before comment. Also my build lost the sliding door with pop up notification.
Your missing door is below pic ①, and my missing door is below pic ②. It looks like same door for me...
But you said the door's swatch is not blue. It's weird...
Well, I used the word 'swatch' for the default display of that door in BB mode, but is it mistake?

I used the save file with only old update information for test. Had you tested same as me condition or not?
I didn't get a chance to test that broken build yet. Thought the one uploaded earlier was the broken one :D
