Yes, thanks for posting as having the same issue.
If its any help I have an unfurnished house in my gallery that used these windows at the back of the build on the ground level. You can see in the picture that the doors (in the gym) match the tall windows they are next to in height and style, but when logging onto the build recently the doors have been removed and there is nothing at this height in available build items.
