This wasn't fixed with the last patch. I didn't play for a while, and when I loaded an existing lot, I noticed this door was missing (with the notification about items removed). You can't find it in the catalog, and installing the lot again from the gallery don't fix the issue.
It's really annoying, I will have to check all of my lots when this will be fixed to place these doors again (or stop playing in my save, but that shouldn't be the solution).
