[CHEATS] Skill Cheat Still Not Working To Lower Skill Level to 1

I am having the same issue too.  "stats.set_skill_level Major_[skill]" can only be lowered to level 2. 

It needs to be lowered to 0.

I have never had any type of mod or custom content in the entirety of my Sims 4 gameplay.
