Check mark not appearing when aging up baby

When I press aging up on the baby and I can’t click anything  please fix it I did everything I can to fix the game  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title
never cc or mods

Same questions then: Is this with or without mods/cc ? What platform are you playing on ?

    it's without mods and in the sims 3 get to work

      Are you on PC, Mac or on Console ?

      For PC/Mac

      Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

      - Delete the ones you have
      - Trigger the error again
      - Check if new ones are created
      - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


      Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

        i am on PC i don't have any files for sims 4 do you think the company is going fix it it's been 3 months it's terrible
