Check mark not appearing when aging up baby

i think sims 4 is never going to be fix so i decide to got back to sims 3

There is no way around it or to accept it 

after i did  update on the game and i try to age up a baby is still doesn't have a check mark for trait thats all i have the problem please fix it

i am on PC i don't have any files for sims 4 do you think the company is going fix it it's been 3 months it's terrible

Are you on PC, Mac or on Console ?

For PC/Mac

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

it's without mods and in the sims 3 get to work
