Sulani is completely full of those boat canoe things for me, I didn’t notice for ages as I was playing in a residential rental then switched to a museum and all the trash that spawns to be cleaned up and all the boats that npcs use have completely filled sulani it’s a mess

Interesting ? Would you mind sending me your save game ? Like to check if these get added to the lot data as well.
Just upload it somewhere and DM me the link.

I play on Xbox so can’t upload save files, also means I can’t get rid of anything so I’m stuck playing in a boat and rubbish filled Sulani!

Unfortunately there's no good solutions on console. Only option is to either live with them or temp uninstall the pack, save the game without the pack and then reinstall the pack. You'll loose everything related to the pack.
Other option is to wait and play a new save game until EA finds a proper fix. Do try the workaround mentioned on the new save.

I managed to clean Ravenwood up, as I had a few bikes, haunted dolls and leaf piles. I had to change the residential rental to a residential then move someone in, the problem was still there at this point, then I had to travel to a different word then to one of the community lots in the world with an issue. Then everything became selectable.
this wouldn’t work in city living as you can’t change lot types and sulani was a lost cause as there were rubbish piles on top of each other so my sim couldn’t clean them up, the boats don’t belong to anyone so I couldn’t sail them anywhere as it just kept saying I didn’t own them. Potentially I could uninstall island living and then reinstall it but I can’t be asked to replace all the lots again. I might at some point though.I’ve made a new save file for this just in case it corrupts anything….. fingers crossed though!

The uninstalling packs might not work as the game seems to ignore the openstreetdata if you do that (aka not remove). I'm still trying to find out if there's a way to get rid of stuff this way for console players.
For everyone else I recommend mods to either delete the stuff (TOOL, MCCC, DestroyObjects Cheat, ..) or use S4Studio to clean stuff up.
