[CL] [DU] Missing structure/Floating lots

after being in CAS for awhile, i went back to my lot and the whole apartment is gone. No floors, no walls, just my decorations. i exit the game and i saw that there was an EA update so i did that and it still didnt fix it. I updated the sims and it didnt fix it. I did a repair and that didnt fix it. i tried redrawing in the walls but i cant even do that. I am playing in san myshuno, spice market neighborhood. never had this issue before and i really dont wanna lose my progress.

I have a legacy game that I've been playing for ages, with many families scatted around the game, many in San Myshuno.  I just switched back to a family living in a high rise apartment; to my horror I found that their whole apartment was justt gone!  I got out of that family and went to another high rise to find the same issue!  ALL of the high rise apartments seem to have been DELETED!  I have so many families that are now just standing on vacant lots.  What the devil is happening in my game??!!  I have no mods, no custom content and have never seen anything like this happen before!  Please, if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.  My whole legacy challenge now seems ruined.

this issue has been going on for so long, your post is just gonna get added to the previous thread and its very annoying. please keep posting about this so that it gets noticed and fixed!

I'm having a very similar issue in one of my save files now. I've never used mods or cc so it's for sure not related to that. I remodeled a Medina Studios apartment in one save file. I added the lot rooms to my gallery and placed them into my main save file. 

Now 100% of my apartments are gone and live mode shows the sims from any given household on a plot of empty green land. Half the time, the base pack Culpepper apartments are floating above the lot regardless of what lot I'm currently on. The other half there is no floating furniture. 

I also noticed that when I view the households before selecting one to play live mode, it will list that household as living in a Culpepper apartment even when that's not where they live and not where I'm looking at to play. Before entering live mode, it shows every apartment as their original layout design, none of my remodels appear even in the small overview you see before entering Live mode. 

San Myshuno is the only place I'm interested in playing at the moment so if I can't upload any of the rooms I made for myself and my sims, I don't have the energy to rebuild them from scratch and completely broke the game for me :(

When I click to build on any of the pre-built apartments, I can choose which building and room I want, but it either shows an empty lot or a giant hole in the ground.  I was able to build on the apartments a couple of days ago just fine. What should I do?
