[CL] Flea market again cluttered with old stuff

I thought this problem had been fixed a while ago, but now flea market items are appearing long after the flea market is over.  They cannot be interacted with and often block access to market stalls.  This all happened after the update on Jan 13, 2026

I believe this is a legacy issue for a fixed bug. The flea market objects (and plants and stuff from other festivals) where put into the apartment space instead of staying in the open streets. This made them invisible to everyone. This bug has now been fixed and old objects become visible again. The only way to fix them is by either using mods and delete them (TOOL or DestroyObject Cheat Fix by TwistedMexi) or use S4Studio to clean them out.

They were always there on your save you just couldn't see them.

Please post if one of the following cases is true for you:

1. You started a new save game after Patch 1.120.140 and still have cluttering objects after a festival is finished
2. The space was clean before the festival started but now as the festival is over, stuff is left over.
