[CL] [LS] White Screen when loading world with penthouses

Yesterday it was working normally, but when I tried to open San Myshuno today it's been giving me a white screen (like it's trying to load in but can't). I have every world except for Innisgreen, and I'm able to load them just fine. I can't switch to a different world when the white screen is up, but I can exit to the main menu.
I haven't had mods turned on for a while, but I tried removing the folder entirely and clearing the caches, as well as loading into brand new saves and verifying file integrity through Steam, but San Myshuno still isn't loading. I'm assuming this is a bug caused by the latest update.
