When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen. ...

I am a PC user playing through the EA app, and the first thing I did after experiencing this issue was remove my mods folder, run a game repair, and delete the localthumbcache. After reloading the game, I received a blank world map screen when trying to load into either Britechester or Ciudad Enamorada in a save that had a residential rental lot built on a penthouse in both worlds. I am able to load these worlds in a fresh/new save without issue.
Loading a fresh/new save and trying to build a new residential rental lot on the penthouse in either of those worlds will result in an endless loading screen when I try to return to manage worlds.
