Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
This started happening ever since the update I even reinstalled the Sims 4. Tested with no Mods my game does not crash but it becomes un responsive (white screen). Which forces me to Task Manager out. How to solve this problem I seen a previous post with someone saying not to use residential rentals on penthouses. But I just wanted to start a New Save
Also have no mods installed but did have a residential rental on the massive penthouse
This is happening to me too. It happens with and without mods on a previous save. It doesn't happen when I start a completely new save - but I really do not want to lose my previous save, but when I tried to load San Myshuno in this save after the update, I just get a white screen and have to quit.
Same thing happening to me but I didn't do anything only played in the world little and now it's just a white screen. And I tested this out with multiple new saves it seems whenever I interact with the world once save and then come back it just a white screen.
I have this same issue but with Ciudad Enamorada, but oddly enough only that world from what I can tell. I haven't played in San Myshuno in this save, but a lot of other worlds that I have played in (Oasis Springs, Del Sol Valley, San Sequoia) work perfectly fine.
I have the same problem with Ciudad Enamorada! It just turns into a while screen when I try to load into any world that isnt the one I am currently playing in.
