[CL] [LS] White Screen when loading world with penthouses

Can confirm I also have this issue, even with mods disabled. If I load a save without a residential rental on a penthouse lot in Ciudad Enamorada, the world loads fine. But if I load my main save which does have a residential rental penthouse in that world, then I get the white screen when I try going there through world select.

Also noticed that the white screen spreads to every save whenever I try loading Ciudad until I exit the game. If I open the game and go straight into a save without a penthouse residential rental then it's fine again.
