[CL] [LS] White Screen when loading world with penthouses

A few days ago i bought the For Rent Expansion pack. i created some aprtement using the pack's feature in the world of Sun Myshuno. It's imortant to note that i have CC instaled to my game. When I saved and exit, the game got stuck on the loading screen so I eventually turned of my computer. since, everytime I open the game, no matter wich savefile I choose, the world map of Sun Myshuno won't load. I tried reparing the game, I tried to remove my mods folder and nothing works. has this ever happend to anyone? anyone knows what to do?
