Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
I tried doing the fix mentioned by janyses, but when I click on the building with the rental lot no option wheel appears (other buildings are giving me a "move in household from gallery") so I can't access it at all. Ciudad is still working normally for me. I tried repairing files and clearing cache again today, and now San Myshuno does load on new saves.
It's a little tricky, because you have to click directly on the walls of the building or you won't see any options. It won't work if you just randomly click anywhere; it's just a limitation of the game. Please try again.
Also, please confirm that you've moved everyone out of the lot first, so it is empty, and also not owned by any playable sims.
