Symptom
When trying to load a world with a penthouse such as San Myshuno, or Ciudad Endamorada all I get is a white screen...
Ideas
When I try to enter the Love Struck Residential World of Ciudad Enamorada, I get a white out inside the game frame with no ability to go to the other worlds only shop or exit game/ back to main menu. I don't run mods, and I've tried old Sims, newly created Sims get a white out screen and Sims who are residents of Ciudad Enamorada just sit in a loading screen. I have restarted the game and my computer several times with no change. All other purchased Residential Worlds load fine. Before I started experiencing the inability to load Ciudad Enamorada there was an update of the game. Please help me.
