[CL] [LS] White Screen when loading world with penthouses

Since installing the update I am completely unable to load into Manage Worlds as the game is stuck loading. I can load the save itself and play in Live Mode.

I don´t have any mods and tried clearing every cache possible but nothing worked. I repaired the game twice now and also tried to run the save on a fresh user folder which also did nothing. The problem does not appear on new saves. I tried to restore an older version of this save as well as loading into other saves but then I can´t even get to Live Mode in the first place.

The game creates a lastUIException when being stuck which I attached.
