Worlds Visual Issues

I couldn't find a thread about this already when I looked. Apologies if there is one I missed.

The Uptown area of San Myshuno has quite a few visual issues. Rather than create a thread for each, I'm collecting them all here.

The greenery that hangs from the upper walkways has the wrong shader assigned which means the alpha channel doesn't work. For some reason it has the 'Road' shader instead of 'Phong'. Switching it to 'Phong' fixes the issue.

The two small waterfalls in the central area run upwards instead of downwards. Rotating the uv mapping 180 degrees fixes this. (They need more tweaking to make the texture mapping actually look good and uniform though. The middle section texture clearly looks narrower than the outer side pieces.)

The Steel girders that run around the perimeter of the area have their undersides meshed inside-out, so when viewed from underneath you can see the sky. This also means they cast a broken shadow.

The various stone planters in the area are placed inconsistently with each other in a way that means some clip through wall sections, others flicker through the walls depending on the camera angle, and some flicker through the glass fences.

The planter objects themselves are poorly textured. Join lines between blocks don't match up and some don't connect to matching joins on a neighbouring surface at all.

All of these issues are well within the playable area where you would expect players to be looking and interacting with objects nearby so you don't have to look hard to find them.

I'm playing on game version 1.114.46.1030 DX11 with graphics set to maximum.

    When playing The Sims 4 with DirectX 11 enabled, the ocean water in San Myshuno (from the City Living expansion pack) appears visually distorted. A large, visible square appears in the water, and the affected area looks noticeably brighter and unnatural compared to the rest of the ocean. This issue becomes easier to notice when viewing the city from above or in Free Camera mode.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    • Launch The Sims 4 using DirectX 11 mode.
    • Load into San Myshuno (City Living)
    • Switch to Free Camera Mode (TAB) and zoom out for a panoramic view of the city.
    • Observe the ocean water around bridges and distant islands.

    Expected Result:

    Water should render normally with smooth reflections and consistent visuals.
