[CL] Random sims walking through apartment (Patch 1.119.109)

I have exactly the same Happening! One even run in a Circle for a while before leaving. 

Also having his problem. It is one of the Cullpepper apartments. 

Had this problem too in the Culpepper apartment (the one with the historic+ghostly trait). NPCs keeps walking from the wall of one side of the bedroom to the other. Sometimes they get stuck, start rotating in a loop in the middle of the room, then stop and leave through the main door. My theory is that the boundary of the unit keeps bugging, so the game considers that part of the bedroom, which sticks out from the rest of the building, as part of the street. 

This happened to me in 2 different completely vanilla save files (with mods disabled). 

In the Culpepper apartments, the historical one to be exact, random sims will walk into the bedroom from the back corner near the hallway and the other apartments, and will walk a diagonal lie straight through the apartment and walk out the other side of the wall into the air and disappear. I do play with mods, but I played with them disabled to see if it was from a mod and it still happened. I have not tested other apartments so I am not sure if it is just that apartment or all. 

Same thing happening to me. I was playing the Bheeda household and getting milestones for their infants, and people kept walking through their apartment (like diagonally, through the walls of the living room). I had one sim get stuck and going around in circles that wouldn't leave until I shift + clicked and reset her. I do play with mods, and I haven't checked if it still occurs without them.
