[CL] Sim can't invite sims to karaoke bar lot

When my sim tries to invite another sim to a karaoke bar lot, the interaction successfully completes with the prompt saying "[sim name] will be there shortly." Unfortunately, the sim does not show up. This occurs when I invite a sim over the phone as well as when I click on the sim's picture in the relationship tab to invite them to the lot. I can travel with sims to the karaoke lot, just can't invite them there. I've tested this with two separate households. I haven't tested inviting sims to every type of lot just yet, but so far, it's just the karaoke lot that I've seen with this issue.
