[CL] Wallpaper missing from exterior apartment walls

I've noticed that a few of the apartments in San Myshuno have missing paint or different paint on the exterior of the apartment. I've tried to fix this with all the tips and tricks I could find online. I tried redrawing the room, a replacement room from the gallery, repairing the game, building from manage worlds rather than build/buy, shift clicking the paint, and even created a new game. Some of these bugs/glitches are unavoidable as I started a new game and the paint was still missing or different without any editing to the lot. I also included an attachment 701 Zenview's glitched balcony as this is a glitch within starting a new game as well and cannot be fixed.
