Same thing happened to me. It was after one update (not remember which one) it happened, I have mods to have more than 8 sims so almost all my clubs had more than that but after that update all extra sims disappeared from clubs and there left only 6 random sim from them, so all become zero, even the points and rewards i bought by club perks. Sim who was leader to my "Gym" club disappeared from his own club and its not have even leader now, when I control this sim I can control club same as the sim who is leader like kick people out, but he is not there in the club, its very weird.
