[CoL] Animals not coming out of Shed/Empty Shed

I'm not sure if this is the same problem, but I've got a llama and a cow, and neither come out of their shed unless called out.  When I call them out they're always starving even though the feed in the shed is full or half full.  Unlike players above I do have the option to call them out, and they will come.  And once they're out they seem to stay out for the normal amount of time (ie until the sun goes down) and do normal things, like interact with other animals.  I just dread forgetting to go say hi and them starving to death in their sheds when their food is right next to them..!  Oh, and also, I've had the cow longer than the llama, and she never used to behave like this.
