Also having this issue. Relates specifically to animals in my household inventory. When I assign them to the shed, the Grim Reaper turns up to collect them (as they are old/starving due to being stuck) but nothing happens. Animal never leaves my inventory. This means that Llamas and Cows are unplayable for me.
I have tried using cheats, debugging, moving to another lot - nothing resolves the issue and is very frustrating.
